Up to AED 30,000 per month

Our well-established Dubai based client has now had approval for 2017 recruitment and are seeking to employ additional key players. You will be responsible for the overall coordination, functional management and leadership of all sales activities of the business. This position will report to the General Manager.


  • Establishing both market and target customer strategies for the company
  • Establishing both monthly and annual sales objectives
  • Developing an annual sales plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan
  • Coordinating the specific objectives of the sales plan with all functional departments of the company as relevant
  • Managing the sales cycle A-Z with sales team and other functional departments as needed
  • Managing expectations of the company’s current and potential client base
  • Managing the monthly and annual sales objectives for the team
  • The Head of Sales is expected to spend a significant amount of time on meetings/ presentations both with individual accounts and co-travelling with the sales team. He is also expected to be knowledgeable on market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies
  • Experience in handling sales, operations and market strategy
  • Responsible for the planning, development, control and execution of the sales targets and ensure that the targets are achieved, by overseeing all sales, business development and project management activities
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible
  • Continual training and development of all members of the sales department
  • Identifying new market opportunities
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Provides timely feedback and business outlook to the management, regarding performance
  • Handle key accounts relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Consistently striving to maximize profit margin
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

  • Western educated with a Bachelors degree in a business related field (MBA desirable)
  • Minimum 5 years GCC experience in a sales management capacity in the retail (shop-fitting/ interiors) sector
  • Leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • German and Arabic speaking skills is advantageous
