Up to AED 30,000 per month

A well-established Dubai based client has now had approval for 2017 recruitment and are seeking to employ additional key players.You will be responsible for all business development and sales activities, acting as a mediator between the company and the external market environment.


  • Sourcing and qualifying leads, approaching and retaining client relationships and converting leads into business opportunities
  • Increase market share and maintain relationships through market penetration, attaining lead referrals from existing clients and regular updates from existing sources i.e. identifying and developing new business across a variety of markets suitable to the company’s competency
  • To provide adequate sales support and customer service to existing clients as required
  • To maintain and further develop contacts to generate additional leads through various sources including but not limited to Architects/ Consultants/ Developers/ Govt. Associations/ Business Chambers/ Shop-fitting industries/ Coops/ Super-market owners and Business Heads etc
  • Establishing alliances with industry related companies
  • Visiting trade fairs and developing contacts
  • To manage and record leads generated via Marketing/PR activities implemented by the company
  • Competitive intelligence on new product introduction, project overview and future developments
  • Tracking information across the GCC on new projects (Govt. and Private) and building a comprehensive databank of analysis
  • Establishing monthly, quarterly and annually sales objectives
  • Periodic Business Analysis with the General Manager and providing support on product introduction/ alignment strategies with the changing market demands and trends
  • To require customer specific feedback and developing reports of gathered data, especially new projects, competitor’s activities etc. and share knowledge to management and team
  • Draft management reporting formats and providing assistance in organizing special networking events as required


  • A stable sales career within the shop-fittings or interior sector
  • Target orientated and efficient with the ability to manage a team
  • German or Arabic speaking skills is advantageous
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Diploma/ Degree holder in a business related field
  • Male candidates with a valid UAE driving license
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant GCC experience
  • This role is not open to Pakistani Nationality 
  • Must currently reside in the UAE
