The role requires supporting partners and associates across all levels by conducting legal research, preparing legal documents and correspondence, maintaining organized client files, and managing attestations. The paralegal will also be responsible for supporting administrative functions such as PoA and engagement letters. The position is ideal for candidates with strong experience in law firm environments and regional GCC exposure. Description:

  • Coordinate with Free Zone authorities, notary public offices, translators, utilities (Etisalat, DU, DEWA), and other government entities
  • Manage attestations, notarizations, and legalizations with authorities such as MOFA, MOJ, consulates, and embassies
  • Compile, verify, and double-check documentation required for registrations across UAE Free Zones
  • Assist in trademark and product registration, and other regulatory filings
  • Access on client portals, update renewal schedules, and visa documentation processes
  • Maintain and update client records, renewal trackers, and compliance documentation
  • Support the preparation of standard legal documents, including Power of Attorney documents, Engagement Letters, and related forms
  • Conduct legal research, verify facts, gather client data and evidence, and prepare necessary paperwork and legal documents
  • Support with client management, ensuring high standards of responsiveness and document accuracy
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and solution-focused responses to client and internal queries
  • Develop and maintain positive, professional working relationships with internal teams, business departments, and stakeholders

Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a paralegal, preferably within a law firm or legal department
  • Previous legal firm or legal department experience is essential
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Free Zones and corporate procedures
  • Experience in the GCC region is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Must currently reside in the UAE
