Our client is seeking a Programme Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience who will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery, administration and quality control of our clients’ service operations. You will hold overall accountability for the successful running and delivery of high-quality service offerings. Must currently reside in Riyadh and have recent experience working for one of the following Big 4, Learning & Development, an adult learning institution or a training organisation, professional services entity or a law firm. Description:

  • Lead projects, keep internal team members, external faculty, clients and other stakeholders on track throughout the delivery of projects, on a day-to-day basis
  • Manage and lead the delivery of all our contracts to the highest standards, on time and on budget, including workshops (open, tailored), programmes (certification), board evaluations, coaching engagements, other projects and consulting
  • Manage any research projects and research surveys
  • Manage content, participants, participant materials and examinations
  • Assist lead faculty, and guest speakers, with content and programme development
  • Manage the Learning Management System including course creation, enrolment of participants and uploading/managing content on the system and reporting
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as colleagues, clients, faculty, contractors, governors and participants/members
  • Working effectively and professionally across the organization including with the Events, Membership and Finance/Administration team to ensure high quality delivery
  • Developing learner centric effective presentations and meaningful reports
  • Representing our client through welcome & introduction at onsite and online programs, in interactions with internal and external stakeholders/participants, at events etc.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Degree educated
  • Hardworking and proactive, with strong initiative
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Must have advanced MS Office skills
  • Experience with systems such as LMS would be an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills
  • Must have excellent written and spoken English, fluent Arabic would be an advantage
  • Be able to travel throughout KSA when needed with early starts and evenings when programmes/events are taking place
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly when engaging with C-Suite executives
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Our client does offer some hybrid working after the training period has been completed
  • Must currently reside in Riyadh
