Executive Assistant

Abu Dhabi

AED 22,800 per month

This is a newly created role supporting the Regional Account Director of a global creative agency who travels extensively. The ideal candidate will have worked as an EA supporting Directors and C-suite for at least 5 years. Someone who has an interest in working in this sector.  Please respect the criteria requirements and only apply if you meet these as you will not be considered if you do not. This role is not open to candidates who do not currently reside here and who aren’t prepared to reside in Abu Dhabi.

Description:

• Complex calendar management often changes are at short notice
• Manage the office in the Directors’ absence
• Excellent written and spoken English as you will be dealing with email, calls etc. on their behalf
• Keeping track of all on-going client projects using dashboards and project management tools
• Acting as a bridge between the Director and creative team members
• Coordinate regional and international travel requirements and itineraries
• Assist with presentations
• Strong follow-up skills keeping the Director appraised of ongoing matters
• Some international and regional travel when needed
• Attend internal meetings and take the minutes

Criteria:

• Someone who is resourceful and solutions orientated
• Degree educated
• Experience in supporting Directors and C-suite executives
• Advanced MS Office especially with reporting and data tracking
• Proficient in modern productivity tools and AI applications, tech-savvy with hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and AI platforms, or a digital-first mindset with strong skills in MS Office and emerging AI tech
• A high standard of written and spoken English along with a good eye for detail
• Highly organised
• There are occasional longer hours and some travel so you must be able to do that
• A professional individual who is well groomed and spoken
• Must currently reside in the UAE and must be prepared to reside in Abu Dhabi
