Bilingual School HR Manager

Incredible opportunity to join this new to the region British school group. Our client is looking for someone who is fluent in both English and Arabic with relevant ADEK experience. Someone who is familiar with the regulatory requirements and school HR processes. This person will be responsible for overseeing, managing and leading the day-to-day HR operations within the school. Description:

• Ensuring all policies, systems and procedures are in line with ADEK regulations
• Manage the team
• Recruitment of school-based roles
• All aspects of employee relations to ensure employee retention
• Team leadership
• HR reporting to the UK HR based leadership team

 Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field
• Relevant experience in the UAE school/education sector
• Experience within the ADEK HR School processes and regulatory requirements
• Supervisory experience
• Proficient in using HR tools
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
• Must currently reside in the UAE
