Our client is seeking a Data Analyst with experience across more than one business function. This role builds and owns a single, connected data and insight function spanning the entire group: academics and assessment, digital marketing and admissions, operations, and HR. Reporting directly to the leadership team, this role turns data from every part of the business into a coherent picture that informs strategic decision-making, drives enrolment and brand performance, strengthens regulatory inspection readiness across schools, and improves operational and people efficiency. You will use AI-enabled tools and advanced software to run multiple workstreams in parallel: report generation, data extraction, campaign optimization, teacher/staff preparation, and cross-functional dashboarding, all while building data literacy at every level of the organization. Description:
- Analyze data from CAT4, PASS, MAP, GL PT, PISA etc., and internal exams to track student performance and progress over time, across all schools in the group
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making at school and group level
- Maintain historical student data to monitor trends and inform group-wide school improvement planning
- Develop and sustain a connected learner-data and assessment system linking outcomes to targeted student intervention
- Collaborate with academic staff to build data literacy and embed insights into teaching strategies
- Set group-wide standards for planning, scheduling, and administering all internal and external assessments across every school and grade, including NWEA-MAP, CAT4, NGRT, ABT, TIMSS, PISA, and PIRLS, in line with the National Agenda Parameter (NAP) timeline
- Oversee class timetables/scheduling across schools, working through school-based leaders and central education team
- Analyse website, campaign, and lead-funnel data (Google Analytics 4) to track digital traffic, engagement, and admissions conversion across all school brands
- Manage and optimize paid media performance Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other social channels including budget allocation and ROI analysis
- Build CRM segmentation (e.g., RFM modelling) to improve parent/prospective-family targeting, nurture, and retention
- Run A/B testing and other data-driven experiments to continuously improve campaign performance and admissions conversion
- Build marketing dashboards linking digital spending, lead generation, and enrolment outcomes for C-suite reporting
- Build KHDA/ADEK/MoE aligned data analysis and judgement evidence to support inspections
- Produce data for school report cards and Self-Evaluation Form (SEF) documentation
- Coordinate data collection, evaluation, and dissemination across academic, marketing, operations, HR, and administrative units group wide
- Build operations dashboards covering areas such as attendance, facilities, finance-linked KPIs, and process efficiency
- Partner with HR to build workforce analytics staffing, retention, recruitment funnel, and performance data to support workforce planning
- Present consolidated, cross-functional insight and recommendations directly to the C-suite to inform group strategy
- Manage data systems and ensure smooth integration between the school MIS (SIMS/Phoenix), CRM, marketing platforms, and other digital systems
- Oversee class and teacher timetable using advanced timetable software, ensuring optimal scheduling across schools
- Uphold data accuracy and consistency across systems for reporting and analysis group wide
- Use AI tools to run multiple workstreams in parallel report generation, data extraction, campaign optimization, staff preparation, and assessment resource development
Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Education, or a related field is essential
- Proven experience as a data analyst and/or digital marketing professional, with hands-on experience analyzing large datasets, building dashboards, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience working across more than one business function (e.g., marketing, operations, HR, or education) is strongly preferred, given the cross-functional, group-wide nature of this role
- Experience in a K-12 school group is an advantage but not essential; strong transferable analytics and marketing experience will be considered equally
- Experience reporting to, or presenting insight directly to, senior leadership/C-suite stakeholders
- Data visualization and reporting using Power BI and advanced Excel
- SQL-based data extraction, cleaning, and analysis
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) implementation and website traffic analysis
- Paid media management and ROI analysis Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and other social platforms
- CRM segmentation (e.g., RFM modelling) to improve targeting and retention
- Campaign performance optimization using A/B testing and data-driven insights
- Ability to build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that connect academic, marketing, operations, and HR data for decision-making at all levels, including the C-suite
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools to accelerate reporting, data extraction, and resource preparation
- High attention to detail and strong data governance/integrity mindset
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills able to translate technical data into clear guidance for C-suite leaders, school leaders, teachers, and parents
- Strong organizational and project-management skills, able to run multiple concurrent workstreams (exams, marketing campaigns, timetable, reporting, compliance) against fixed deadlines
- Training/facilitation skills, with the ability to upskill Heads of Department and other functional leads in data interpretation and intervention planning
- Must be well presented and well spoken with excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills
- UAE experience is preferred
- Must currently reside in the UAE
