Experience Manager

Our client is seeking an Experience Manager with at least 6 years in experiential design, event production, or immersive content creation. In this role you will lead the design and delivery of immersive, impactful experiences that bring sustainability stories to life. You'll bridge the creative studio work with community programming, creating experiences that engage audiences and drive real action on climate and environmental issues. Description:

• Develop comprehensive experiential content strategy that aligns with the client’s dual studio/hub model
• Design immersive experiences for corporate clients, government partnerships, and community programming
• Lead creative concepting for large-scale activations, workshops, and interactive installations
• Ensure all experiences support the client’s mission of driving environmental awareness and action
• Oversee design and production of workshops, interactive experiences, and community programming
• Collaborate with film and editorial teams to create integrated storytelling experiences
• Manage experiential content calendar with 100+ annual Hub activations
• Lead development of signature workshop formats and methodologies
• Work with Business Development team to develop experiential service offerings for commercial clients
• Partner with Hub Operations to ensure community programming meets engagement targets
• Create measurement frameworks to track experience effectiveness and participant outcomes
• Build relationships with facilitators, speakers, and experience partners
• Lead experiential design team and coordinate with creative department colleagues
• Mentor junior team members in experiential design principles and facilitation skills
• Collaborate across departments to ensure experiences integrate seamlessly with other content
• Champion best practices for inclusive, accessible experience design

Criteria:

• Must have a relevant degree
• Proven track record designing workshops, activations, or experiential campaigns
• Experience working with sustainability, environmental, or social impact content
• Background in facilitation, community engagement, or educational program design
• Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and audience engagement
• Creative thinking with ability to translate complex topics into engaging experiences
• Project management skills with experience coordinating multiple concurrent activations
• Facilitation expertise with confidence leading groups of varying sizes and backgrounds
• Collaborative approach to working with creative teams, clients, and community partners
• Understanding of learning design principles and adult education methodologies
• Genuine passion for sustainability and environmental issues
• Energy and enthusiasm for bringing people together around shared causes
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to engage diverse audiences in the UAE market
• Strong communication skills in English
• Adaptability to work across both commercial client demands and community programming needs
• Fluent Arabic would be an advantage but not essential
• Must currently reside in the UAE and willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
