Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive with sales experience in the Export Factoring, Supply Chain Finance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and promoting their factoring solutions to businesses across the GCC. This role is suited for a hands-on, results-driven sales professional who is comfortable hunting for business, managing a pipeline, and coordinating internally to take deals from lead stage to funding. Description:

  • Identify and target prospective clients, including SMEs, corporates, and exporters, to promote factoring services
  • Develop, promote, and strengthen the brand across the region
  • Generate new leads – Identify, target, and acquire new prospects including SMEs, corporates, exporters, and supply chain partners independently, via networking, trade shows, revisiting old databases where needed
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via email, phone calls, and social selling to book qualified meetings
  • Manage leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Accurately log all activities, notes, and lead information in their CRM system
  • Drive relationships – independently sourced, those assigned by supervisor(s)
  • Help manage the KYC (Know Your Customer) and client onboarding process, working closely with Senior Manager
  • Gather market intelligence to support and drive their commercial strategy
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders (both local and Global Credit, Compliance, Operations) to drive new deals internally
  • Work closely with Client Managers in case of onboarding and / or driving initial account strategies, trouble-shooting any preliminary issues where necessary. Provide end-to-end support to external and internal stakeholders until the deal has reached funded stage
  • Ensure all sales and onboarding activities adhere to DIFC, DFSA, and internal regulatory policies
  • Provide marketing support and feedback as and when required
  • Prepare quality presentations as and when required
  • Travel within the region (where applicable) will be required

Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field. Master’s degree would be an advantage
  • Has 4- 6 years of sales experience in proven new client acquisition and closing deals
  • Can manage onboarding end to end process
  • Has good capability to build own pipeline of clients
  • Can do cold calls, field visits, attend networking events and travel within GCC when required
  • Achieving and aligning on monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Has good Industry experience in Export factoring, Supply Chain Finance etc.
  • Has SME portfolio experience and has created custom tailored solution for clients
  • Worked within GCC Markets
  • Excellent English, Arabic would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Independent role ownership and proactive
  • A car owner would be advantageous if not a car for company use can be provided
  • Must currently reside in the UAE
