The Office Manager provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Office of the President & CEO, ensuring the office runs smoothly, efficiently and to a consistently professional standard. The role brings structure, discipline and pace to a busy executive office, managing the President & CEO's diary, correspondence, meetings and travel while safeguarding sensitive and confidential information at all times. Working with sound judgement, discretion and strong organisational skills, the Office Manager anticipates the President & CEO's requirements, tracks key actions, decisions and deadlines across the organisation, and coordinates closely with leadership, internal teams and external stakeholders, including government entities, board members and clients, ensuring priorities are progressed and commitments are met. Description:

  • Manage a complex and frequently changing diary, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated
  • Anticipate the President and CEO’s requirements and proactively resolve issues and highlight priority items
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, briefings, events and engagements with government entities, board members, clients and senior stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations and follow-up actions
  • Represent the President and CEO Office professionally when engaging with high-profile external stakeholders
  • Track key actions, decisions, deadlines and strategic priorities across the organisation
  • Coordinate closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and follow-up
  • Manage complex regional and international travel arrangements, itineraries and associated logistics
  • Draft and review correspondence and communications on behalf of the President and CEO
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Support the effective operation of the President and CEO Office, including relevant projects and administrative processes

Criteria:

  • Significant experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership
  • Previous experience supporting a high-profile CEO, senior executive or government leader
  • Proven capability in diary management, meeting coordination, travel logistics and action tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) would be an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and collaboration platforms, with the ability to produce polished, professional documents
  • Excellent written communication, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong understanding of office administration, confidentiality and professional protocol within the UAE and international environments
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective trackers, filing structures and administrative systems
  • Comfortable using technology and AI-enabled productivity tools responsibly to improve organisation and workflow
  • Operates with integrity, maturity and absolute respect for confidentiality
  • Looks ahead, identifies what is needed and acts before being prompted
  • Creates clarity from complexity and manages multiple priorities with ease
  • Responds with composure and sound judgement when plans change or issues arise
  • Engages professionally with senior stakeholders, government entities and clients

  • Comfortable working across shifting priorities in a fast-paced executive environment
  • This role would not suit a clock-watcher
  • A professional individual who is well groomed and spoken
  • Must be able to drive and have your own car
  • Must currently reside in the UAE and must be prepared to reside in Abu Dhabi
