Channel Sales Manager

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our clients’ Reseller/dealer network the Middle East North Africa. The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B channel sales, dealer management, business development, and project sales within industries such as retail equipment, shop fitting, material handling, industrial products, shelving systems, Retail Lighting, construction-related products, or similar engineered solutions. This role requires a candidate who can travel throughout the Middle East and GCC (30-50% of the time) and is a car owner. The role focuses on increasing sales of shop fitting solutions, retail equipment, shopping trolleys, shelving systems, warehouse equipment, and related products through channel partners. Description:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies across the Middle East, Africa region
- Identify, appoint, onboard, and manage Reseller/ dealers and channel partners in assigned countries
- Build long-term relationships with key channel partners and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Conduct regular performance reviews of Resellers/ dealers
- Develop annual business plans jointly with channel partners
- Achieve regional sales and profitability targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through dealer networks
- Identify major retail, supermarket, hypermarket, warehouse and commercial projects.
- Support channel partners in specification selling and project acquisition.
- Develop sales pipelines and maintain accurate forecasts
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Identify new territories and market segments for growth
- Recommend market entry strategies for underserved countries and sectors
- Conduct product and sales training for Resellers/ dealers and sales teams
- Assist channel partners in preparing proposals, tenders, and technical submissions
- Ensure channel partners maintain brand standards and customer service quality.
- Support key strategic accounts when required
- Participating in negotiations for major projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
- Provide regular feedback to management on market developments and business opportunities
Criteria:
- Must currently reside in the UAE
- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred
- Minimum 10 –12 years of experience in channel sales, dealer management, or business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through distributors and channel partners
- Experience covering multiple countries within the Middle East & Africa region
- Strong Reseller/dealer network management capability
- Excellent business development and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive regional growth
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in project sales and solution selling
- SAP proficiency and sales forecasting capability
- Fluent English required; Arabic would be an added advantage
